The measures related to environmental conservation will be deliverated and determined by the environmental conservation committee which is consisted of executive officer and four of other members.
This action for the Environmental conservation is corresponded mainly by Head Quarters.
The environment conservation committee is always connected to our intranet. The members of the committee exchange the opinion, having discussion and making a decision with each other. Those will usually be put up on intranet bulletin board.
The emergency item and identification matter will be conducted with immediate action by sending e-mail directly to the related persons.

Due to taking concrete actual practice for the decision items on [the basis of the environmental policy], Sankyo Electronics Co., Ltd. has started to approach the accomplishment of the secondary stage of the action plan for environment.

Green delivery

Decreasing the use of cardboard:
Due to decrease the number of delivery, send the multiple packages all at once. Collect packages together with the one which delivery date is close to the other one. This will be done with customer's understanding and cooperation.

Improve adhesive tape:
When recycling the used cardboard, use the peel-free adhesive tape. (current peel-free tape doesn't meet adherence strength)

Conservation of resource

Raise the percentage of recyclable resources	clearly define the segregate the paper waste strictly, and raise the percentage of recyclable resources.
Decrease the use of paper	clearly define to segregate the paper waste strictly, and raise the percentage of recyclable resources. Go ahead and enhance the paper-less. Raise the using percentage and its quantity of recycled paper.
Decrease the amount of gasoline and other fuels	decrease the number of company owned car, and increase the use of public transportation. Stop the idling rigorously when car is being parked.
Cutdown the electricity	Set the total amount of electricity to minimum at office, when start working, on a break and finish working. The airconditioner temperature will be controlled properly and save the electricity. Standby electricity will be set to minimum in night time, weekend and holiday as much as possible, so that electricity will be saved more.
Regulating the waste disposal method	Audit the waste dispose company whether they dispose the waste properly or not.

We will acquire the ISO certificate of our own independently, and setting out to be a more environment-conscious company.

＊Environmental education

Basically, it is necessary for a person to recognize of the environmental problems deeper in personal level. We will be working on environmental problems education, nevertheless under the circumstances of being surrounded the daily works priority.
As for corporate culture which is to be cooperating with society and company, it is necessary not only clearly defining the waste and cooperating with energy saving action, but also having educational activity with full of conscious for environmental problems.
By inviting instructor or participating outside seminar, the highly motivated and well knowledged person will grow up.
Those highly motivated and well knowledged person will be the core of the company, and action for environmental problem will be expanded and enhanced more.

If the company challenging target is achieved, after the disclosure of company environment data and clear the challenging target, the whole access and method for achieving goal will be shared with every employees. By sharing that, whole company will be lead to more and better environment-conscious company.
